Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) is a group of chronic inflammations that affects all or part of your digestive tract.   5. Deeply colored (skinless and seedless) fruits and cooked vegetables
  6. Vitamin and mineral supplements, if your doctor approves
  7. Dairy/calcium (dairy substitute if you’re lactose intolerant)
